Turbocharger Order Details

Exchange Turbochargers

Please telephone our Sales Team with your order requirements on 01325 485800.

All stock turbochargers ordered prior to 4.30pm will be dispatched that day. We will dispatch your turbocharger out with an overnight courier. The consignment will require a signature. If in the event there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left by the courier company requesting that you contact them to re-arrange a convenient day for delivery.

You will receive your turbocharger in a packaged box, there will be a documents wallet attached to the side of the box, and inside this you will receive your invoice, together with credit/debit card slip and terms and conditions. We will also enclose an adhesive return label to assist in the return of your old turbo.

We allow 7 days to have the replacement turbocharger fit and then arrange for a courier to collect the old turbo, when notified. Overseas customers are responsible for arranging to return the old turbocharger to us, as we only have the facility to collect from mainland addresses.

Turbocharger Surcharge

A surcharge of £250+VAT will be applied if the old turbocharger is not returned or if the turbocharger is returned incomplete.

Comprehensive Turbocharger Repair Service

We can offer a comprehensive turbocharger repair service.

Your turbocharger will be collected with an overnight courier, when the turbo is delivered to us it will go through an inspection process. The turbo will be examined and assessed. Once we have assessed the internal components we will contact you with a quote to carry out the repair. On your instructions we will then carry out the work.

If it is found that your turbocharger requires remedial work and you decide against having the work completed, the turbocharger will be returned to you in piece parts as we cannot re-assemble a turbocharger where parts are found to be damaged.

The repair service takes a three working day turnaround. Please bear in mind that on some occasion's components require ordering.

You will receive a 24 month warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Procedure

If, in the event of wrong fault diagnosis, the turbocharger is no longer required, the turbocharger must be returned to us, within 30 days of purchase and in merchantable condition. A 15% handling/admin charge will be applied.

Any special orders may be subject to additional charges.

Please note that a refund cannot be offered on a repair in any circumstances as we are offering a service, not goods.

We accept no liability if damaged is caused when removing ancillary components left on a turbocharger sent in for repair / inspection.
